    The bonus (or penalty) was definitely for anything over 5.5% (or under), but we never got clarity as to whether the ceiling of $950 was including the bonus or not. I.e. is $950/t the absolute ceiling or the celing ex. bonus? I would think the former.

    We will get US$900-950/t I would think
