Had a thought last night, given SS won't participate in the CR and required whole register to subscribe to meet target raise there MUST be a plan in place? Why would we put out a CR knowing the SS limitation guaranteed we will be under subscribed which is bad PR. Given only 80% of the register can apply it's not possible to reach the amount without over subscriptions so there must be a plan for this and someone is waiting to take up the remainder....
