The options have a value based the perceived value of the head shares at the end of their 3yr life. Options give leverage - lets say you buy some on market at 3c and in 3 years time the head shares hit 40c. After paying the 20c strike price your profit on the options is 17c = 566% return. If you'd bought heads at 13c your return would be 207%.
