Right, well said, now can we get this thread back to the significance of having one of the largest lithium buying entities on the planet buying a nearly 12% stake in AJM and what that might mean. I certainly don't think it indicates near term bankruptcy, much more likely near term new off take or potential capital activity, potentially relating to stage 2, hot on the heels of our first break out quarter indicating that the plant will soon perform as hoped.
