Local listing not flagged in announcement, details will emerge in due course, they could do it but extra costs in having Alcoa CDis make it unlikely. The biggest disappointment is the likely loss of franking credits that AWC have accumulated, they would have to pay a dividend in conjunction with the merge, not likely I think
