You are all absolutely right, they made this deal when Aluminium was at its worst with more potential of rising than falling, but the fact still remains, AWC are in lock step with the Alcoa and the US/AUD exchange rate.
Look at the the Alcoa price over the last five years

Base metals are rising ATM, so we could see Alcoa go above $40 USD in the near future. What will AWC be worth then
