LIT's emails IMO just show the immaturity of the company. It looks like a 4 year old put together those emails, highly unprofessional. Why was this not a price sensitive announcement instead?
Advising people that the acid they use is safe and relating it to drinking water is highly negligent and foolish. This shows the difference between the sophistication levels of management.
