This can do nothing other than fuel speculation and uncertainty at this point. The change of the guard shouldn't have happened prior to some certainty with respects to the feasibility of the project. Any delay now is likely to lead to further deterioration in the SP and Vorster's comment about the FS to come out "...soon" does not provide any assurance as "soon" can mean anything. He didn't even make it clear that it will be this quarter anymore but reverted to non-specific language.
A further delay now will communicate to the market that they have messed up and don't have a clear way forward. They needed to actually get to the FS before taking this step. Just my opinion of course but I feel this was no master stroke from management.
