It is interesting that Atcor (ACG) made an almost identical announcement on 10 march - three weeks ago. I don't know why it has taken UCM so long to announce it.
When ACG made the announcement their share price went up about 100%. When UCM makes the same announcement the share price goes up 5%.
This company has trouble getting on investor's radar despite having a comparable, if not superior, product at a much cheaper price.
