The Ucm 'me too' announcement is claiming that as the code ruling did not specify atcors device in its actual decision notes theirs is 'similar' enough to hopefully benefit from the ruling also. This is a let's face it a hopeful at best claim which has yet to be tested and proven, the final ruling may even specify device.

Ie - that's why Ucm has not gone up in the same way ACG has.
