If it needs a CEO to "clean-up" and act with integrity, he/she may be better coming from a different industry. A good sign in an industry that has an appearance of a grey reputation is that the Company has listened to a whistleblower and has taken immediate and effective action. It should be noted that Mr. Carl S. Bizon has extensive experience in manufacturing of trailers, caravans and RVs with Jayco and Horizon as well as other well established manufacturing businesses.
