The inclusion of some good ppl should put a spring in the step of the management and the team in general. its always nicer to work within a positive vibe,
The changes will be a series of 1% érs and i can't see a silver bullet (even the finance solution is not that big an issue and more of a distraction) . so it may take 12 months to actually see the results on the financial reports.
As for dividends- patience grasshopper
