Jeez there's some good management from the most profitable shops going though.. DW leaving and being replaced by a bloke with no heavy vehicle or insurance experience and a quick look at his CV shows a long history of jumping from role to role every couple of years without really achieving much. That concerns me. Its such a competitive industry that we can't afford anybody on their training wheels who has no long term stability.

Also JH leaving on the GC and starting up his own again.. no doubt taking all the good and loyal staff with him. Who stood back and let that happen?? The board should have been doing whatever it takes to keep these stable experienced managers with proven results.. because they are the ones bringing in the money
