    CTP finds itself in a bind.

    Although Dukas has been touted as a possible company maker for CTP, it seems to be well down the list of priorities for Santos.

    Although "currently considering a proposed EP112 joint venture budget targeting commencement of drilling at Dukas in Q1 2023 in light of the mid-December 2022 permit well commitment", CTP has been forced in a joint funding venture with Santos to beat the deadline.

    Santos has called CTP's bluff and as the junior partner CTP had no other option if it's to retain the exploration licence.
