Its a win-win-win as far as I am concerned.
1. STO are busy elsewhere and they cant commit to Dukas. They seem to be "a little distracted" with a couple of projects like their massive JV, and Darwin, and Beetaloo, and Carnarvon and whatever else.
2. They've farmed out to Peak Helium, who have a permit next door to Dukas.
3. CTP are looking at farming out to Peak Helium.
4. CTP have sufficient funds due to the 50% sell down of the other assets.
Cant see a problem with this strategy.
