Does it matter? If there is a drop dead by which conditions must be satisfied for the JV to commence and that is not met, it is not fair to keep the company bound to Peak Helium without any redress to CTP for accommodating any delay. Certainly not for a full 12 months.
What does Peak bring to the venture that CTP is so beholden to them that we keep rolling extension after extension.
