I would have thought the reason for allowing the extensions is because peak are the only ones that have offered a free carry on 2 drills, as the old saying goes, beggars cannot be chooses.
CTP, have already stated they have had difficulty getting finance so there is no way they will drill alone with Santos and they will not get any coin from s/h imo.
