This one just hints at it- but how else do they raise ther free float but raise capital?

It might be worth a buy when they raise- if it's at a discount to the current share price. Hopefully, the new Lonestar will drill like crazy and be a real oiler who puts out ANN's on drilling results- not just mandatory Quarterlies.
