re: Ann: Amadeus & Lonestar Agree to Create L... g41 ... i've followed this company for years (since however long ago it was sub 10 cents), owned at times, but not for ages.

Reason why I don't hold? They are one of the most un-shareholder friendly companies I know of. For years they could have been paying a 1 cent dividend ($3M) if they DECIDED to prioritise this. They never have, and always have reasons why they won't.

When I sold I decided won't buy back in until they decide returns to shareholders are what counts. I don't see any actions that show their focus has changed (mind you, I would presume they believe they are trying to act in shareholder interest ... i guess it comes down to definitions).
