Amadeus will issue as much as 500 million new shares to Ecofin Energy Resources and Lonestar's senior executives to acquire 100 per cent of the company's issues capital.

Existing Amadeus shareholders will own 32 per cent of the new entity with the 68 per cent balance held by Ecofin Energy Resources shareholders.
