re: Ann: Amadeus & Lonestar Agree to Create L... Itis certainly not what the market was expecting, but everyone wanted AMU to *do* something, and not just the buy back. Growing is a good thing, and will make the company more attractive.

This doesn't look so great:

"Existing Amadeus shareholders will own 32 per cent of the new entity with the 68 per cent balance held by Ecofin Energy Resources shareholders."

However, that can always be changed- like NABI and BTA changed the ratio.

She might be a wait and see now.
