    re: Ann: Amadeus & Lonestar Agree to Create L... AMU currently has 236,687,211 shares on issue. Add 500m shares to that and multiply by today's share price of 21.5c and the company will have a market cap of $158,387,750 if the deal is done.

    Deutsche Bank is advising Lonestar, and they're a major holder of AMU (8.25%). I guess they'll vote the deal up!
