This is another stuff up by the overpaid and underqualified directors of AMU.
1.Sold White Eagle oil field in Kansas at a big discount.98% oil! Minimal decline..very long life.
2.Announced sale to Eden...Failed
3.Share buyback...Failed to increase share price. Bad use of drilling dollars.
4.Now a proposed merger with an English controlled private company selling "outstanding Texas oil and gas properties"being pedalled by a Texas Investment banker to the Australian market. If the assets were so fantastic they would be snapped up by any number of US oil companies. You could name your price.
The market has made a correct call.If this was a good deal for AMU, the shares would have hit 30c on day one of the ASX announcement
