I love that argument. Same was said when it was a 35c CR, where is retail investment, why don't we get the discount?
So the reason they do funds, and SI is they are more likely to hold and be part of a long term strategy. Retail say they want a discount, but usually don't have the funds. So on open they sell their shares at say 33-32c and buy the new ones at 30c. Then it puts pressure on the SP and down she goes. 1 month latter retail complain they should never have invested in the CR because it's cheaper to buy on market, and so goes the circle of live.
I'd much prefer
new Funds coming on board as they see value at that price. that's now their BASE price. Why throw in $10 million (?) just to sell it at a loss? They plan to hold and make decent % gains on their investment. So we've had 650k shares already sold this morning, and I can almost guarantee it is retail hoping to buy at or under 30c. Well good on them, they'll get their discount after all. But like a few here they likely sold missed the 25c buy and now hoping to get back in. Meanwhile there have been great trading opportunities along the way.

- The usual clowns will cry in their soup cause they sold out hoping for cheaper shares. TICK
- LTH will in the end benefit from Hanks goal of working for LTH's!!!!! TICK (LTH would have bought under 10c so pretty good IMO)
Mid to End 2026, Hank goes on a well earned holiday after American Indus- trial Partners buys us out. As we will be making enough money to get the board to offer a big enough sum to make Hank happy
