As hoped. The US money is starting to work 3DA out. I think as this market settles down, 3DA should start to re-rate. It will only take one of these investors to completely change the screen as there is little real selling around. Most people who wanted to go went recently with any luck.
They now have the cash needed to complete their production task and pursue deals with the Yanks. The board change is a positive sign. This current stock price might be a snap shot price for prosperity.
