I think it was inevitable.... and desirable. for the sake of liquidity and purchasing the 3rd IGA, debt is necessary.it look a pretty interesting financing arrangement. repayments not scheduled but flexible dependent on cash balance.it won't be long now and we'll have revenue.....on the SP, no strong buys as yet today but 2 strong sells..... with the depth looking a wee bit bearish.
