Hey guys, I'm invested in A3D, (commiserations, yes I know, but it has recovered a bit), and I recently saw this one. Forgive me for being somewhat perplexed as to what they are doing on the ASX if they are wholly USA. I saw the very trumpy investor presentation, but they seemed light on detail as to what they are actually doing, perhaps that info is elsewhere that I still need to find. A3D has 3D printing as well as powders, do these guys just have powders?
Can anyone kindly offer an explanation as to why such a US company would want to list on the ASX and what if any association do they have with Aus?
I guess others like me may be a bit skeptical about motives as some other US co's doing such, use the listing to play their own finance games, and don't care about the local investors.
