Agree that the info in the announcement is scant.

Annual Report read as follows (page 8):

"PPK is also a technology incubation partner with AMAG, a project presented to PPK from
the University of Queensland, in which PPK has a 35% interest..."

Today's announcement states "PPK owns 25% of AMAG."

According to my back-of-the-envelope calculations, if (which seems to be the case based
on the numbers) PPK's percentage ownership is due solely to dilution, it would have
required an issue of an additional 40% of AMAG shares, and it would leave the new
investors with 28.57% of the Company.
That would value AMAG in its entirety at 10.5m and PPK's share at 2.6m, which seems to
make sense in comparison with the financial info on pg. 84 of the Annual Report.

If I have not made any serious errors here, I can see why the market is unphased.
If they start announcing major contracts for traffic control in the US that might change
but does not seem like they managed to convince the investors that AMAG was on the
verge of becoming a major player in the industry... Personally, and without any particularly
good reason, I have never been that excited about this side of the business, but will be
glad to be proven wrong.
