The truth is ..this is a dilutive, badly priced deal but it brings cash home once it goes through and secures adequate funding for a couple of years of drilling campaigns. Having a shareholder helps - a chinese is even better, as they are the BIG investors in DRC and Africa. Its still a win win situation despite the 4.15 effective CR price.
