Not exactly so sirdean. If you keep it in context I did indicated that I "doubted" that they would as I was interpreting their phrase of a "material capital raising " as being similar to past events which have raised about 1.5 to 2 million dollars by using sophisticated investors via Patersons.
But I did not rule out the possibility. I leant on the side of a placement but allowed that there was always a possibility for offering shareholders a part of the action. I did mention the possibility of any such arrangement being heavily underwritten by Patersons.
Now the fact that the capital raising is somewhat larger at about $7 million than I anticipated then obviously the shareholder option has been brought more strongly into play than I would have expected.
