The announcement wasn't great and as others have pointed out already, the ARPU drop is not a great sign. However the positive signs are also there:
- Continued Organic Growth
- Double-digit revenue Growth (albeit might be lower than in past)
- ARPU gradually increasing
- Churn low and steady
Vaya + Amaysim provide some of the best mobile offerings in Australia. With Vaya providing the cheapest options and Amaysim providing affordable feature packed options. I predict this to continue to grow steadily.
Now the big thing I'm excited about is their new Broadband offerings coming early 2017. They plan to offer broadband via Amaysim and Vaya (Amaysim initially) to replicate the strategy that we already know works well for Mobile. I believe this will be highly successful. The possible marketing strategies are huge with their existing 1M subscriber base.
In my opinion the stock is priced fairly at current levels based on their Mobile business alone. When you factor in the upcoming Broadband it becomes Amaysim value![]()
