Well, a few more years have passed and we are all still waiting for PEX to develop a mine. I wonder if it will happen before I retire (approx. 6 years). I wonder how @Luigi is going (I posted about 3 years ago that I hoped he would still be around to see the mine development).
I reckon that we may get a 'deja vu' moment with this one. Rob knows how to find minerals so it wouldn't surprise me if they report another significant base metal discovery one of these days.
