Yes, there is clearly someone selling out which would put buyers off - just sit on the sideline and wait unless wanting a big parcel. I bought in before realising this.

Difficulty is that the long term story is not exciting - distribution is notoriously hard yakker and, if you find a product worth distributing, either larger retailers move in with an alternative or the manufacturer decides to distribute direct. So they need to demonstrate that they have developed a niche of some kind and can successfully defend/grow it.

The half year result and likely dividend seem very attractive still, so hope that will be enough to attract some larger buyers, or at least put a floor under the price.
