MXR has been painfully slow in getting things moving however this is shaping up like a possible takeover or JV development for the gold assets. Why else would they have made this transaction 6 months ago?

320,600oz Au in ground value of circa US$627mill is not bad when you consider MXR's EV is $6.4m.

There's upside here, question is how long it takes to come to fruition.
