    I agree martenz1. Has probably been thrashed out following the rejected offer on Feb 23rd (if not before )

    Since then we've had 2 positive announcements re FMNE, an earlier than expected closure of the RI, and the updated FMNE ann showing that the shares on issue have increased from 373.2 million to 400.8 million.
