As you say, just needs a "home grown" benefactor (to come up with around $250k to buy out Magna).
As a consequence the price should rise as buyers re-gain confidence and the company could then raise further equity at a higher price, maybe a pro-rata rights issue to existing holders to avoid any further dilution.
