    LOL. Making an assumption that the ASX will do their job according to a set of rules is completely different to making an assumption that EVM will pull an alternative deal to the Valentia deal out of a hat. They will have to do something though, because if this goes on for two years and a couple of months more, then the company will be automatically delisted.
