    Of course they should. They know (and we all know) it is not immaterial.

    Since RD is the chair of Apollo development LLC, he should also be held responsible for any failure of Apollo to meet their financial obligations. In this case, assuming they don't meet the deadline, he should probably come up with a good explanation or resign from Apollo.

    I'm also wondering (out loud) as to whether there is a conflict of interest with him being the chair of Apollo. I'm not making any allegations or accusations. I'm open to opinions on this. Thoughts?
