I'm not sure I follow you, but there are US nationals who are running Apollo, and they invited RD to be the chairman. I'm not sure how their board meetings occur, I'm not sure RD nor the company has the money to be flying him over for board meetings in the US. They should do them via Skype or some sort of video-conferencing, but we'll probably never know, because they are a private company with no disclosure requirements at that level of detail.

They won't move the payment date to 31st December 2017, without some sort of major explanation or some sort of alternate funding arising to bail them out (e.g. RA Solar, Valentia, QAnalytica). Without sacking everyone in the company, EVM will be insolvent before then. They need to do something now. In fact, they need to do it yesterday.
