You're making an assumption it was him that made this mistake. Considering they are changing the process to include evidence one could assume that communication between NB and AB could have been the issue. I haven't looked into the others but it might also be difficult to deconstruct what happened just from announcements.
You're also assuming Alan made the mistake with MINRES. No one here is privy to the information that went back and forth between the companies. Do you know for certain that he made a mistake?
The typical PLS holder wants to hang management when they make a mistake then high five them when share price rises. Sit back and let them do their job. They are working in the best interests of the share holders and doing their best in such a busy period.
