I really can’t understand how you guys can be happy with this spp ……a lot of you shareholders got cut back to half and also a lot didn’t get any ,myself included….the directors did ok out of it with their allocation ……plus fully-paid ordinary shares at an issue price of A$0.35 to qualified institutional and sophisticated investors…themselves and their mates for example
Anthony William Kiernan got $7500 worth of shares @.35 plus another $60,000.50 @.35
Nicholas Luigi Cernotta got $79,999.50 worth of shares @.35
Stephen John Scudamore got $49,997.50 worth of shares @.35
John Alexander Young got 15k worth @35 this is just a quick glance at the directors but im sure there is more…..also im sure had the price got lower than .35 we suckers would have been stuck with the spp as most of us were locked in weeks before allocation . am I the only one who thinks this?
