Put it this way i would rather have the BOD have skin the the game and not give myself any shares in the SPP as then there success is aligned to out success. If we loose they loose, and for directors that just started 6 months ago to be piling in funds from there own pocket not performance rights or bonuses from the company is a vote of confidence to me. I would rather the shares going to them than some SH who was holding 1,000 shares on the off chance there is a SPP and they go for the full $15,000 allocation and then sell them straight away.
