DD, I'm with you in that boat mate... but we did our own valuation assessment and weighed up the risk/benefit. We should really have waited until the money came in before we bought, but we didn't - we took the risk as negligible and the probability of benefit as greater.
We took the risk and now we must wait while the investigation continues. It doesn't matter if they "lied" - we took the risk that they were truthful.
