I would Find it hard to believe that nothing is owed to ato or the mines department for unpaid royalties - both of those departments if they are doing their job would normally have taken some
Sort of action or sought a wind up order—but maybe some of those short term loans were used to stop such actions and keep a liquidator from coming in and using their powers to investigate and ask some very probing questions.....

It’s clearly unable to pay its debts imo
