Gut instinct or prior knowledge that the strategic partner had. From what I gather they left due to holdups on the project and Federal government taking over pulling the trigger on the project.

Doesn't matter what they've spent on the BFS, if the government won't let the project go it's money wasted unfortunately.

like many others I was hoping to be setup for a nice retirement "if" this project kicked off with the previous timelines. ATM looks like it's just directors and Daelim winning.

Hope it's more than lip service for the other projects.
