From the Annual Report, thought it was interesting that the 5 day restriction for Stage 1 & 10 day restriction for Stage 2 terminology have been omitted.
The original announcement also stated that "the payment being subject to provision of reasonable supporting documentation confirming the expenditure".
Wonder if there could have been a hold up in the documentation being provided
