start a bidding war between BHP, Oz Minerals, FMG.
stir the pot a little, say to BHP "why should we go with you when FMG are obviously better operators because they produce cheaper iron ore" then say to Oz Minerals "who are you guys? I've never even heard of you.....you must be second stringers." Then say to FMG "If you don't grab this opportunity to diversify you might never get another....." then raise at 10 cents
