One of my main concerns for this company prior was its cash flow issues, as seen in the March 2023 Quarter activity report. Since then, my fear of this has reduced quite a bit, still exists slightly.

Since then, non-core assets have been sold, with the most recent, RDN receiving $50,000 cash consideration. Unfortunately, most of the consideration provided for the sale of non-core assets has been given by way of issuing RDN with shares, which can still be sold, but as always, cash is king. The sale also helps reduce listing costs etc. which helps with cash flow.

Additionally, the most recent cap raise, where $600,000 was raised by sophisticated & professional investors who usually know the company's internal state more than retail investors. An additional $602,059.81 was raised by retail investors. Dusko can also raise an additional $638,877.03 in capital due to the shortfall, which I would be surprised if anyone at this point would knock it back if it were offered to them.

On top of this, more non-core assets are being sold as advised by RDN, and there is also a $2 Mil At-The-Money facility with 8 Equity Pty Ltd.

Only taking into consideration the cap raise and the March 2023 Quarter activity report, we have just under years worth of C&CEQ***. This isn't considering the sale of assets, the ATM facility, the ability to raise more capital with the shortfall, etc., just the cap raise results. More expenses would have occurred since the last activity report and fees involved in the most recent cap raise, so this is a rough estimate.

IMO, I don't see this company struggling too much with cash flow issues in the near future, especially after the lithium announcement. This company was undervalued before this IMO.
