Yes I was there and yes it is noted that this has happened. However the difference here is the levels of investigation and resource is more like a 20 cents share Plus in the making. Yes in the past the options also were lower like this which has been noted by another poster. Thus is where you start to rub those balls of vandium and make a choice.
