    @Mightyrivers I'm assuming you think the DSE should be higher at the moment.

    For a "hedge fund, investment manager and an angel investor" to offer to take a public company private, at a significant premium to the last traded price, would be one of the baggiest things ever.

    Hedge funds don't do this. The thinking is too wishful.
